At Aroeve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Aroeve account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
